Scheduling Coordinator Salary: R29 000 - R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa. Role overview You will build the daily schedule that keeps engineers, clinicians or field teams moving, and rebuild it calmly when the day goes sideways. It suits someone who enjoys puzzles and stays level when plans change. You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract. Key responsibilities Build and publish daily and weekly schedules for field or service teams Match jobs to the right skills, location and availability Rework the plan quickly when cancellations or emergencies land Confirm appointments with customers and send reminders Track utilisation and flag capacity gaps early Keep the scheduling system accurate in real time What you'll need Two or more years in scheduling, dispatch, resourcing or booking coordination Experience with a scheduling or field service tool such as ServiceTitan, Skedulo or BigChange Comfortable juggling competing priorities under time pressure Clear phone and written communication with customers and engineers Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work Nice to have Exposure to route or territory optimisation Experience in healthcare, trades or logistics scheduling Familiarity with SLA-driven service environments What's on offer A permanent, fully remote role with a defined daily rhythm, a supportive operations manager and real influence over how the day runs.
