Inventory Control Associate (2nd shift)

AtriCure, Inc. provides innovative technologies for the treatment of Afib and related conditions. AtriCure’s Isolator® Synergy™ Ablation System is the first medical device to receive FDA approval for the treatment of persistent Afib. Position Summary This position is responsible for the movement and proper storage of materials, accuracy of inventory and transactions within the inventory system, and ensuring availability of materials for all Work Orders. The Inventory Control Associate follows all inventory processes and procedures with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and continuous workflow, and participates in all physical inventory activities. Essential Functions Demonstrates a good understanding of the inventory system in GP Researches inaccuracies within the inventory Works independently to achieve standard volume and accuracy Participates in all cycle counts in assigned inventory areas Maintains integrity of system inventory data for assigned areas Maintains records as required by the quality system Identifies and communicates material issues and shortages that may disrupt production Organizes and cleans assigned inventory areas Additional Essential Functions Regular and predictable work performance Works under fast‑paced conditions Makes decisions and uses good judgment Prioritizes duties and multitasks as required Works successfully with others Performs additional duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field Good organizational and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and able to multi‑task Professional interactions with customers and employees Seeks opportunities to learn new skills and acquire information Preferred Qualifications Previous inventory or warehouse experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards Other Requirements Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Benefits AtriCure offers a comprehensive benefits package for U.S. employees, including Medical & Dental coverage beginning day one, 401(k) with company match, 30 days of paid parental leave, volunteer time off, pet insurance, and access to an on‑site fitness center and cafeteria.
