Senior Customer Service Associate

BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for the Southern CA Scientific community. We are currently looking for an ONSITE (6mo) temporary-to-hire Customer Service Associate to work for a leading Orange County biotech company. Responsibilities Process and accurately enter customer orders received via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to order and product related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate appropriate follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Process returns, replacements, refunds, and other order related transactions. Maintain accurate customer records, order updates, and internal documentation. Partner cross functionally with internal departments, including operations, shipping, and sales, to ensure customer needs are met. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and key accounts. Communicate order status, lead times, promotions, and company policies to customers as needed. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support ongoing process improvements within the department. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, customer operations, order processing, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail with experience handling high volumes of order entry and data management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focused approach. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and adapt in a fast paced environment. Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
