Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Telco E-Commerce Fraud Product Manager on behalf of our client in Remote. This role is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of fraud prevention capabilities within telecommunications and digital commerce environments. The ideal candidate will translate fraud risk and business requirements into effective fraud policies, decisioning frameworks, process flows, tooling requirements, and product capabilities that help detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and enhancement of fraud prevention products and capabilities across digital commerce and telecommunications channels.

• Define and maintain fraud policies, business rules, decision workflows, and risk mitigation processes.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for fraud management and risk decisioning solutions.

• Design process flows and operational workflows that improve fraud detection, prevention, and case management effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Fraud/Risk, Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable fraud solutions.

• Identify emerging fraud trends and recommend enhancements to fraud controls, monitoring, and decisioning capabilities.

• Drive product roadmap initiatives focused on reducing fraud losses while optimizing customer experience.

• Utilize data, analytics, and business insights to evaluate fraud performance and support product decisions.

• Ensure successful delivery of fraud-related features through Agile product development methodologies.

• Communicate product vision, priorities, and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Fraud Product Manager, or similar role focused on fraud, risk, payments, transaction security, or digital commerce.

• Strong experience within Telecommunications (Telco), E-Commerce, or other high-volume digital transaction environments.

• Hands-on experience developing and managing fraud policies, fraud rules, decision engines, and fraud prevention workflows.

• Experience defining business requirements, process flows, and operational procedures for fraud detection and prevention solutions.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce transaction lifecycles and fraud risk scenarios, including:

  • Account Takeover (ATO)

  • Identity Fraud

  • Payment Fraud

  • Promotional Abuse

  • Customer and Account Activity Monitoring

  • Order Fraud

• Experience gathering tooling requirements for fraud management, transaction monitoring, risk decisioning, case management, or related platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing or enhancing fraud management platforms within telecommunications organizations.

• Experience with risk scoring, fraud analytics, machine learning-enabled fraud detection, or decisioning systems.

• Strong knowledge of customer identity verification and authentication processes.

• Experience leveraging data-driven insights to improve fraud detection accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with modern fraud monitoring, case management, and transaction risk management tools.
