Required:

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Data entry skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Primary objectives are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.
• Validate order requests and related account information.
• Prepare documents with accuracy.
• Review program-related inquiries.
• Resolve employee concerns/issues.
• Provide Client affiliate coordinator support.
• Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required.
• Support Pre-Term Remarketing process for employee lease accounts.
• Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments.
• Document Employee/Customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact.
• Phone Experience.
• Outlook Experience.
