Manufacturing/Materials Planner

GE HealthCare seeks a Manufacturing/Materials Planner to support supply chain operations at its Madison, Wisconsin facility. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, processing product returns and repairs, and coordinating with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient materials and product flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and support material availability for manufacturing and service operations
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to improve accuracy
• Coordinate processing of returned products and repairs from receipt through resolution
• Create and manage return orders and repair orders within Oracle ERP system
• Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams on returns, repairs, and order status

Requirements

• Experience in inventory control, materials planning, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
