Program Manager - Transformation and Strategic Projects - Full Time 8 Hours Day (Non-Union, Exempt)

Program Manager – Key Responsibilities Facilitates initiatives across the hospital that promote operational excellence and business growth. Primary responsibility to manage the deployment of the hospital operating system by developing strategy A3, KPIs, project plan, visualization and huddles for areas the position is actively involved in. Displays leadership and sound organizational and analytical skills while working collaboratively with operational and clinical leaders to improve operational performance and manage initiatives that facilitate business growth. Manages special projects, including but not limited to the operationalization of new technologies and processes, business modeling, program and process development, creating collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, implementing lean design while developing business solutions, integrating performance improvement projects in the organization, and analyzing data obtained. Program Summary The Program Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of organizational programs by coordinating activities to execute quality and improvement programs. They provide strategic guidance to teams and program stakeholders and oversee the progress of program operations. They manage the program, giving detailed attention to strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. The position also assists in the deployment of support tools and ensures they are effectively used on an operational basis.
