Sr. Operations Analytics Specialist

Abbott seeks a Senior Operations Analytics Specialist to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis supporting supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics functions. The role involves building dashboards, evaluating operational impact, and collaborating cross-functionally to inform strategic decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and forecasting tools for optimization and performance management
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and evaluate economic or operational impact of new products and strategies
- Communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders through written, verbal, and visual formats
- Support cross-functional decision-making by liaising with finance, HR, sales, marketing, IT, and R&D
Requirements
- 5+ years of business experience with 3+ years in business analytics
- Programming proficiency in R, SAS, Python, SQL, or similar language
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau
- SAP experience
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
