Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities Case Management : Assist in managing insurance, personal injury, premises, and transportation litigation files. Litigation : Defend case files from inception through trial, including handling depositions, drafting motions, and attending court hearings. Client Interaction : Prepare detailed status and trial strategy reports for clients. Discovery : Oversee all aspects of discovery, such as drafting and responding to interrogatories, production requests, and requests to admit. Qualifications Legal Qualifications : Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri bar; Illinois license preferred but not required. Skills and Experience : Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive in seeking guidance, solid research and analytical abilities, with deposition and meaningful litigation experience preferred.
