CSR /Project Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Account management: Managing and maintaining a dedicated customer base.
- Financial quoting: Developing and generating client quotes.
- Logistics coordination: Overseeing production and shipping schedules.
- Database maintenance: Tracking and updating job statuses in our system.
CSR /Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or client services preferred
- High School Graduate or GED and/or 2-5 years of experience in the printing industry
- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to be trained in JDE Oracle.
- Ability to meet customer needs while following company procedures
- Experience in finding solutions to deal proactively with work-related problems
