Quick Facts Location: 2550 Sister Mary Columba Drive, Red Bluff, CA 96080 Start Date: 06/25/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing, with flexible scheduling Shift: 24-hour call coverage (no clinic or office patients) Hours/Week: As scheduled during each assignment Employment Type: Locum, full scope OB/GYN (FTE: 1.0) Licenses/Certifications: Active California medical license, board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice experience required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive, based on a flat rate for on-call hours and holiday coverage Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other applicable reimbursements Support from a dedicated team committed to your success What You ll Do Provide full-scope OB/GYN services, including deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries Manage inpatient and outpatient cases within the facility Respond to 24/7 call coverage, with a response time within 20 minutes Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant and practice manager Support local patients with high-volume OB/GYN care (approx. 16-20 patients/day) Deliver approximately 40+ births per month, no NICU coverage required Use Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management What You Need Valid California medical license and current DEA certification Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN physician Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience Ability to handle full-scope OB/GYN procedures with confidence Must confirm active staff privileges without restrictions (no proctoring required) Willingness to provide 24/7 call coverage with prompt response times About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Red Bluff, California, providing essential OB/GYN care to the local community.
