Hidden Road was described as clearing on the order of $3 trillion a year across hundreds of institutional clients before the deal, and has been repositioned as Ripple Prime. RLUSD launched in December 2024. In December 2025 the OCC granted a conditional approval related to a proposed Ripple National Trust Bank. Conditional is not chartered. In September 2026 company commentary put RLUSD near $2.4 billion in circulation, split across Ethereum and the XRP Ledger. In October 2026 Ripple took a stake in Flutterwave's round, at a Flutterwave valuation reported near $3.2 to $3.3 billion. Ripple's cheque was not disclosed. The pattern is consistent: buy distribution, put RLUSD in the pipe, stay private.The treasury is the other balance sheet. Ripple has long held on the order of tens of billions of XRP, released from escrow on a monthly schedule. Dollar value moves with the token and is not restated here, because any figure would be stale by the close. A product manager for on-chain payments is not neutral about that treasury. The asset, the ledger, the stablecoin, and the political exposure are one system. Galaxy, which has a role on this same careers desk, was a named investor in the November 2025 round.
