Job Details Job Location: Frederick, MD 21702, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary, Position Title: Business Analyst II Location Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD Clearance required ADP III (IT-III) designation minimum per DoD 5200.02; favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI); U.S. citizenship required for .mil domain access. Scope of Work Provides service contract administration support to CDMRP Acquisition Managers and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), including tracking deliverables and contract funding and supporting acquisition documentation. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Maintain and track service contracts for deliverables, contract expiration, and potential funding issues. Assist CORs with quarterly contractor evaluation collection and collation and prompt completion of required evaluations. Track contract funding and coordinating the recuperation and redistribution of excess funds. Meet periodically with finance staff and notify CORs of funding issues, needs, or requirements. Assist program managers in developing assumptions for research program task orders and preparing RSCAF documents. Assist CORs with service contract file organization and updates. Process contractor invoices, maintain voucher tracking sheets, and distribute to the COR and Program Manager for review and approval. Qualifications Ability to understand and apply concepts, practices, and procedures associated with services contract acquisition Ability to monitor service contract funding requirements and disbursements and facilitate approval requests in a timely manner Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows Able to work with little to no instruction or oversight U.S. citizenship; able to obtain a favorable NACI and ADP III designation #J-18808-Ljbffr People Technology & Processes LLC
