This is a broad-scoped caregiver position and has full responsibility for direct resident care. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance and/or medication administration as allowed by state statute. Provide orientation/support to newly hired resident assistants. May act as shift lead as established by community standard. Qualifications 1 year demonstrated experience as a caregiver.
