Manufacturing Project Manager

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to lead capital and expansion projects within a large manufacturing facility. This role will coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and project management, with experience leading complex, multi-faceted projects. Key Responsibilities Lead capital and expansion projects from initial scope development through completion. Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans. Coordinate internal resources, manufacturing teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, resources, and deliverables. Identify and manage project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track. Oversee and guide project and manufacturing engineers involved in assigned projects. Ensure appropriate resources are available and allocated throughout the project. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and elevate issues to leadership as needed. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting. Partner closely with Manufacturing Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional teams. Mentor and develop team members while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-faceted projects. Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
