They serve a wide range of clients, including governments, multinational corporations, royalty, and international aid agencies, specializing in custom charters for various needs such as sports events, transportation of outsized cargo, and VIP trips. - Develop new business via telephone and email
- Follow-up on qualifying leads and conduct research to identify potential clients
- Maintain accurate records in data system, with detailed information on customer contacts
- Move clients to the next step in the sales process
- Escalate any issues to line manager
- Work in conjunction with Cargo Sales Executives to grow the sales pipeline
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active and self-starter
- Active listening and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
