Business Development Intern

Program Details RD Rubber Technology Corporation offers a 6-12 month paid internship. The internship exposes interns to assignments that expand knowledge from college coursework and provide a professional work environment with hands-on experiences. This position is onsite, and the Intern is expected to work 15-25 hours per week. Hours are flexible but typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Summary Introduce the company, its capabilities, and products to new customer prospects, primarily via phone, email, and digital channels. Responsible for generating awareness, driving leads, and requests for quotation by promoting the company using email, digital, and phone communications. Program Details Job Title: Inside Sales Intern Eligibility: Open to senior year students in local four-year colleges working on their Bachelor's degree. Duration: 6 – 12 months Location: Onsite, Santa Fe Springs, CA Compensation: $20 per hour Hours: 15-25 hours per week Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential new customers to generate new business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with prospective new customers. Present company, capability, and product information via phone, email, or video demonstrations. Maintain accurate records of business development activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in company systems. Skills Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
