How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring all clinical specialties work in harmony to deliver a seamless healing experience. Implement and adapt personalized care plans by monitoring patient conditions in real-time and taking decisive action to ensure safety and recovery. Execute clinical orders with precision while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based practice. Document the patient journey with accuracy and care, ensuring that every record reflects a high-quality standard of clinical excellence and continuity. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
