Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Scrub RN – Georgia

Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Rotating weekends; call typically one weekday per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed

Highlights:

• Cardiovascular and thoracic surgical scrub experience with 1:1 patient ratio
• Epic charting system used facility-wide
• Exposure to complex cardiovascular procedures including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, and vascular surgeries
• Minimum 2-year experience required; facility accepts first-time travelers
• Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and interpretation services
• Maximum 7 days approved time off per contract period

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular surgical scrub experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at submission
• Candidates must be available to complete core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
