Team Members will train with influential leaders in various Car Care locations to ensure all Car Care processes and functions are learned and comprehended .Learn to lead and manage the following areas to ensure optimal success as a Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager , or Service Advisor:Lead and assist in the customer service and sales process , including but not limited to: customer service, sales, writing and updating repair orders, and digital vehicle inspectionsOverall operational, budgetary , and financial responsibilities and activities of the Car Care location (i.e. , payroll, expense control, shop efficiency )Review financial and sales performance reports and profit/loss statements; implement actionable solutions to obtain performance results within key performance indicatorsMonitor and maintain company inventory standardsOptimize staff performance by providing continuous training, coaching, feedback , and recognitionLead employees to meet expectations of productivity, quality, and customer service standardsDocument performance issues in accordance with company policies and proceduresPrepare staff schedules for adequate coverage to meet member/customer service and repair needsPartner with Area/Regional Manager to recruit, interview, select , and hire an appropriate number of staff to meet business needsPartner with Area/Regional Manager to ensure compensation changes, promotions, demotions , and termination decisions are handled and communicated correctlyMaintain the highest level of customer service scores by handling customer complaints immediately , focusing on solutions , and assisting members/customersActively looks for member/customer needs across all business lines; introduces members to other departmentsChampions safety and ensures the Car Care branch is in compliance with established safety guidelinesConduct investigations for safety incidents; identify with the Safety Manager opportunities for correction or improvementTotal Compensation Overview:Leadership Development will earn a competitive salary of $55,000 - $80,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.Excellent and comprehensive benefits packages are just another reason to work for the Auto Club Group.Benefits include:401k MatchMedicalDentalVisionPTOPaid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementParental LeaveWeekly PayClosed on SundayFive-day work weekRequired QualificationsEducation :High School diploma, GED , or technical school graduate, certificationMust possess a valid driver’s licenseExperience:Mechanical aptitude is required .Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools , and technical resources and training to independently perform a variety of usually basic repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles.Understand and consistently demonstrate the proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance , as well as the need to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service scores.Preferred QualificationsG1-Auto Maintenance & Light Repair preferredState inspection certificate , where applicableAC 609 CertificationAt least 6 months of customer service and sales experience.Work EnvironmentMay experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.This position involves standing, walking , and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting , and carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight)Must have their own tools appropriate for their skill level for use in the center.Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning.
