Facilities Supervisor

About the Role: JoinCBRE as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring operations runsmoothly and efficiently across two sites - one in Enfield and one in Shelton.This is an independent role, ideal for someone who thrives while workingautonomously and managingmultiple locations. In this position, you will oversee facility operationsacross two sites consisting of warehouse and office space. You'll lead askilled team responsible for coordinating on-site activities and ensuringseamless day-to-day functionality. Collaboration will be essential to yoursuccess-you'll work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensurework orders and maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on time. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you'llhelp maintain and enhance the performance, reliability, and overall conditionof both sites by overseeing maintenance operations, repair activities, andoperational workflows. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated communications betweenlandlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring policies, procedures, andreporting standards are clearly understood and consistently applied. Coordinateand oversee routine maintenance of building equipment to ensure optimalperformance and compliance with safety standards. Partnerwith the Facilities Team to support the planning, coordination, and executionof short- and long-term projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment withsite objectives. Trackand analyze work order data, generating performance reports and identifyingopportunities to improve process efficiency. Assistwith vendor coordination, including supporting evaluations through marketresearch and cost-benefit analysis. Monitorfacility-related expenses and process purchase orders as needed, ensuringaccurate tracking and documentation (no budget ownership). Resolveday-to-day operational issues and identify effective solutions to maintaincontinuity of operations. Recommendand help implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and siteperformance. Maintainstrong collaboration with cross-functional partners to support operationalgoals and client satisfaction. Modelbehaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and uphold high standards of serviceand professionalism. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED, along with 5+ years of relevantfacilities experience. Previous experience as a shift manager or in asupervisory role is required. Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customerservice. Proficient in using a CMMS to track and manage work orders. Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, andconcepts within your area of expertise, with foundational knowledge of relatedfunctions. Ability to communicate complex concepts and sensitiveinformation clearly and effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, includingWord, Excel, Outlook, and other related tools. Exceptional organizational skills and a highly inquisitive,analytical mindset.
