What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Audi brand standard

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

Represent Audi Oakland with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand and its guests expect

What We're Looking For

Service advisor experience preferred -- not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Reynolds & Reynolds experience a significant plus -- familiarity with R&R is a real advantage in this role

Polished, professional communicator -- Audi guests are enthusiastic and informed, and they appreciate an advisor who matches that energy

Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings

Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Audi service processes -- we'll train you on the brand

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Audi standard and you take that seriously
