Inspector 1 (Parts Handler) 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3p-1130p

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector (Parts Handler) to join our production team in Geneva, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding product requirements and translating them into clear specifications for production. You will make informed decisions throughout the processing cycle, from initial setup to final inspection. Responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality, repackaging items, and ensuring accurate shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Some positions within Oerlikon may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for the role will be based on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, internal equity, job location, work experience, education, training, certifications, licenses, etc. Therefore, as compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual, it is likely that not all applicants will be hired at the highest end of the listed compensation range.
