VSSI Staffing is Hiring! Electric Motor Rewind Technician Location: Houston, TX 77007 Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience) VSSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Electric Motor Rewind Technician to work with a well-established industrial service facility in Houston. This opportunity is perfect for a skilled technician looking for steady first-shift hours in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities: Rewind AC and DC electric motors according to specifications. Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble electric motors. Test motors for electrical and mechanical performance. Diagnose causes of motor failure and complete necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety and quality standards. Requirements: Prior experience rewinding electric motors required. Strong understanding of motor components, windings, and insulation systems. Ability to use hand tools, testing equipment, and shop machinery. Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
