Compensation:$24+ hourly
Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of landscape professionals to deliver exceptional results on every project.
- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, creating a secure work environment for the team.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscapes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute projects that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Experience in leading and managing landscape projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear updates.
- Proven track record of fostering a positive team environment, encouraging growth, and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate daily tasks and optimize resource use.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring all team members adhere to established protocols.
- Proficiency in landscape installation and maintenance, with an eye for detail and craftsmanship.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
