What You'll Do as a Production Packaging Associate:

• Measure finished materials to verify they meet the required lengths before packaging.
• Cut wooden supports to size using a 10-inch miter saw.
• Build secure packaging for finished products using wood and handheld strapping tools.
• Prepare products for safe storage and shipment.
• Keep the work area clean by removing sawdust and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Assist with warehouse operations and support teammates as needed.
• Follow all quality, safety, and production standards throughout the shift.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Experience safely operating a 10-inch miter saw.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16-inch.
• Basic English reading skills to understand work orders, labels, and product tags.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as metal cutters and manual strapping equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand and remain active during an 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
