Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding school-based opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) supporting diverse student populations in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time contract role (August 12, 2026 – May 26, 2027) offers the chance to supervise SLPAs and directly impact the lives of students from Pre-Kindergarten through Middle School. We have three positions available: one for a bilingual SLP (supervising a bilingual SLPA) split between two campuses, and two for monolingual SLPs (each supervising an SLPA) assigned to dedicated schools.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Providing speech-language therapy services to caseloads averaging 100 students, with SLPA support
• Supervising and mentoring SLPAs, including supporting case management and facilitation of ARD meetings
• Developing individualized goals, preparing ARD documentation, and conducting re-evaluations
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to create inclusive student-centered programs
• Managing therapy for students at elementary and middle school levels (PK-8)

Ideal Candidates Bring:

• An active Texas SLP License (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation)
• ASHA Certificate (if applicable)
• Experience or desire to work with diverse school-age populations
• For bilingual SLP role: proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience supervising SLPAs is highly desired
