About the role
Unframe is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help us continue scaling our GTM teams across EMEA and the US. This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.
Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.
Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.
Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.
Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.
What we are looking for
Strong GTM recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting across both EMEA and the US.
Excellent sourcing skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage and convert passive talent.
Strong hiring manager management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge where needed and collaborate effectively.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple roles in a high-paced scaling environment.
A hands-on recruiter who can roll up their sleeves, jump in from day one and is excited to join a fast-growing AI company.
