Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise as a Staff Pharmacist in a professional pharmacy environment located in Houston, TX. The role is contract to hire and involves working Monday through Friday during day shifts.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions prior to dispensing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Verify prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, patient information, drug interactions, formulation integrity, and labeling requirements.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
