IV Certified Pharmacist in Houston, TX

Job Description

A healthcare facility in Houston, TX is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join their team on a Contract to Hire basis. This full-time position operates from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and focuses on the preparation and verification of sterile compounded medications, ensuring the highest standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and review prescriptions for compounded sterile preparations.
Compound IV medications and other sterile products in compliance with established pharmacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Sterile Compounding.

Schedule:

Full-time
2:00pm to 10:00pm
