Overview
Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Tele in Nashua, New Hampshire. This travel assignment begins on 07/27/2026 for a 13-week duration in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,196 to $2,261 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients on admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain medical history, current status, vitals, labs, imaging, and other diagnostics.
- Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction, delivering direct and indirect nursing care.
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications and treatments, document findings, and respond to changes in medical status.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate with patients and families, and support discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and regulatory compliance; apply infection control and safety standards.
- Provide patient and family education about diagnoses, treatments, and care activities related to Med Surg/Tele patients.

Requirements
- Licensure: valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
- Experience: 3 years of nursing experience preferred; strong Med Surg/Tele experience required
- Skills: strong mathematical, analytical, written and verbal communication abilities
- Additional: Ability to perform effectively in a hospital setting and participate in a travel assignment
