Program Manager – Colorado Qualifying House Join a team of passionate advocates dedicated to improving the lives of young men aged 18-20. The Colorado Qualifying House is a Residential Treatment Center that provides evidence‑based interventions and innovative programming to promote positive growth, goal attainment, and reduced recidivism risk. Responsibilities Ensure quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services per Rite of Passage policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, including budgeting, financial stewardship, program administration, promotion, marketing, and staff development and training. Develop, implement, and modify the Rite of Passage program and maintain site policies and procedures. Lead educational and vocational departments, ensuring safety, health, and welfare of staff and students. Represent the site as chairperson for Management Meetings and oversee daily program delivery. Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained. Maintain open communication with student athletes and oversee medical and food services. Qualifications BA/BS in a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential facility management. Residential experience and a strong understanding of residential treatment settings. Empathetic, patient, and respectful toward others. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. Benefits & Pay Starting salary of $65,000, commensurate with education and experience.
