You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. Support the Restaurant Management Team and team members to achieve sales and profit goals. Coordinate local store marketing efforts to drive traffic and optimize performance. Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality products and service consistent with brand standards. Qualifications Have at least two years of restaurant management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
