SOMETHING TO HANG YOUR HAT ON As a Fast Track General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® and will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant delivers the top meats. Responsibilities Lead and develop the restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations. Coach and support management staff and team members on performance and engagement. Oversee local store marketing efforts to drive sales. Ensure customer service excellence across the restaurant. Qualifications Have at least two years of restaurant management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
