Job Description: Personal Care Attendants provide service to individuals in their own home and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, or disability and/or infliction. Personal care may include assistance with activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal prep, transportation, and companionship. Our clients deserve the best! Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Support transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and companionship as needed. Maintain compassionate, patient, punctual, and engaging interactions with clients and families. Adhere to care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Ability to pass a criminal background check. Previous experience with dementia or hospice care is preferred. Strong empathy, dependability, and a genuine desire to help others.
