What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Program parts to be produced and cut on the plasma table
• Create piece-part nests to maximize material utilization and efficiency
• Operate the plasma table and related machinery as production demands require
• Read, interpret, and adjust complex drawings based on customer or job requirements
• Assist with scheduling and planning to meet production schedules
• Manage remnant materials and support inventory tracking
• Follow daily job work instructions and maintain compliance with production standards
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in work processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations

What You Need to Bring:

• Experience operating production or CNC-style machinery; plasma table experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Strong math, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software or programming tools
• Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to regularly lift and move more than 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
