Someone who notices how the entire production space runs and is a natural at leading the charge to shape it: systems, organization, cleanliness, and the way the team holds each other accountable. What that looks like in practice is something we'd build together.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of how the BOH runs day to day, including the team's accountability and follow-through.Train, cross-train, and develop the BOH team.Manage inventory, ordering, and prep listsPrep, shape, bake, and assemble ready-to-eat and grocery items daily.Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organizationBe the point person for BOH communication across the team.Job RequirementsProfessional baking experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Clear, concise, timely, and kind communication.Experience working with commercial baking equipmentAble to lift 50 pounds.Weekend availability.
