Field Operations AssistantThe Field Operations Assistant is responsible for reviewing and validating vendor ticket submissions in the OpenTicket platform to ensure compliance with established submission guidelines, accurately coding transactions, and routing invoices through the appropriate approval workflow. Additional responsibilities include running weekly cost reports for field personnel, assisting the production reporting team with field oil and water transportation tickets, coordinating the shipment and delivery of documentation to the Midland corporate office, performing data entry across various systems, and managing field office supplies, organization, and administrative support functions.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with the coding and invoicing process as well as entering costs into the internal tracking systemReview vendor ticket submissions to ensure compliance with company and OpenTicket submission requirements.Route invoices and vendor tickets to the appropriate personnel for review and approval.Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to one or more field office sitesAssists field team & operations with activities and assignments as neededMaintain office supplies, field office organization, inventories, and coordinate office equipment maintenance.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDFive (5+) years of demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent written, verbal, listening, communication, and data entry skillsExhibit a professional attitude both verbally and in writing along with excellent communication skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant working for an oil and gas companyAbility to be proactive in identifying and addressing issuesPrior experience working in the OpenTicket/OpenInvoice suite of programsRelocation:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.Work Authorization:Diamondback Energy is not currently sponsoring employment visas for this position.Diamondback is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
