Sales Counselor

Job Type Full-time Job Summary Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks. Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000 – $60,000. Uncapped commissions and earnings. Responsibilities Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. Assist families with funeral selections. Attend funeral services. Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or sales preferred. At least one year of sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) required. Experience working in a CRM system preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
