We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications used within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications used within the company

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

- Monitor and maintain network and server systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner

- Identify and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency

- Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies

- Train and support end-users on new and existing systems

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures

- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of all systems

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with network and server administration

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Experience with cloud-based systems (Office 365, Azure)

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
