Assistant Coach, Men's & Women's Dive

Assists the head coach in all facets of the Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving teams, with a focus on the diving student-athletes, to ensure a quality and successful Division I team. Responsible for player development, scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, equipment management, camps and clinics. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma,GEDor state recognized equivalent. Experience coaching diving at the high school, collegiate or equivalent level, to include Graduate Assistant (GA), intern, or volunteer experience. Ability to travel and work evening and weekend hours as required. Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sports management or related field. Two (2) years of experience coaching diving, to include GA, intern, or volunteer experience.
