Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members (Associates and Shift Leaders) to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service Oversee daily operations including food prep, cash handling, and station management Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant Properly execute, enforce, and manage all food safety requirements and practices Handle customer orders, inquiries, and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism Support training and development of team members to ensure excellent service quality Control food components, labor, waste, and cash across shifts Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment Customer service is our top priority; this position must have an elite focus on customer service Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced setting Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance Willingness to complete required food safety training (requirement) Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Work Environment & Benefits Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, day and night shifts Paid training to support your growth and success Employee discounts on our delicious menu items Opportunity to earn tips through the shop’s tip pool Supportive, fun, and dynamic team culture Location: West McKinney #676 3200 S Stonebridge Dr Ste 108, McKinney, TX 75070, USA Founded in Chicago in 1977, Potbelly Sandwich Works began as a small antique store where the owner served toasted sandwiches to customers on a refurbished potbelly stove.
