Dental Office Coordinator

United Dental Partners (UDP) is seeking a dedicated Dental Office Coordinator to join our team in Arlington Heights, IL. As a doctor-led dental support organization, UDP provides centralized business functions to multi-specialty dental practices, ensuring that patients receive top-notch care at every level of their treatment journey.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage patient scheduling and appointments
Handle insurance claims and billing
Ensure patient satisfaction through excellent customer service
Assist with treatment planning and practice management
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Open software
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Experience with credit card processing and insurance verification
Strong front office and administrative skills
Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and collections

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with accounts receivable and file management
Previous experience in patient care and insurance billing
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
