We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial direction of our Financial Services organization in Fort Worth, Texas. This executive role will guide enterprise financial planning, reporting, treasury, and capital strategy while partnering closely with senior leadership and the Board to support profitable, compliant growth. The ideal candidate brings deep insurance-related financial expertise, strong regulatory awareness, and the ability to strengthen decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities:
• Shape the company’s financial strategy and provide executive guidance on performance, capital position, growth priorities, and financial risk.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities to align financial resources with business goals.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial close cycles, and management reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow oversight, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and investment coordination.
• Monitor profitability, expense trends, underwriting outcomes, and investment results to support informed operational and strategic decisions.
• Lead the preparation and submission of statutory statements, annual filings, and other required financial reports for regulatory bodies.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance stakeholders to assess reserves, business performance, and the financial impact of key initiatives.
• Serve as the primary financial contact for auditors, regulators, tax advisors, financial institutions, and Board committees.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching, performance leadership, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.• Certified Public Accountant designation required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• Strong command of statutory accounting principles and insurance-related financial reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management functions.
• Proven ability to prepare statutory filings and annual statements within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving ability, and confidence in making complex financial decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and Board members effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
