This role is pivotal in managing reservations, providing accurate information about park amenities, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. The agent will maintain detailed records of guest stays and transactions, contributing to the smooth operation of the park's lodging and recreational services. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with other park staff to coordinate guest services and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Ultimately, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in enhancing visitor satisfaction and supporting the park’s mission to provide a memorable outdoor experience. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a front desk or reception role. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of local area attractions and outdoor activities. Proficiency with specific reservation software or property management systems. Responsibilities: Greet and register guests upon arrival, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately. Provide detailed information about park facilities, activities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Manage phone and email inquiries, responding promptly to reservation requests and general questions. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions using the park’s management system. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality standards before guest arrival. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary. Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory management related to front desk operations. Skills: The Front Desk Agent utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills daily to create a positive first impression and effectively address guest needs. Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple reservations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
