Creative Operations Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and retail industry, is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Creative Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Creative Team supporting brand creative initiatives and team operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support brand creative initiatives by coordinating project workflows from briefing to final delivery.

• Maintain and organize copy sheets, creative briefs, and asset tracking to ensure seamless project execution.

• Track incoming creative assets and retouching requests, flagging delays or missing items to keep production on schedule.

• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and expense reports, collaborating with finance to monitor spend and forecast trends.

• Act as a communication bridge between creative, marketing, finance, and external vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience supporting creative or marketing teams in coordination or operations roles.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project tracking tools.

• Experience managing budgets and expense reports with discretion and confidentiality.
