Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical Instructional Designer to join a fast moving, collaborative team focused on developing training for advanced technologies. This role blends instructional design, 3D visual media development, and hands on technical problem solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain technical training materials aligned to business and organizational goals.

• Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate accuracy and relevance of technical content.

• Create high quality 3D and motion based visuals to support learning experiences.

• Rapidly learn and apply new technologies, tools, and hardware concepts used by the team.

• Build and refine reusable assets, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency across the team.

• Use AI tools and automation to streamline content creation and internal processes.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time and with high quality.

• Collaborate cross functionally in a distributed, global team environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Instructional Design expertise with at least 5 years of experience (needs analysis and task analysis and translating complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences)

• Expert level Excel skills (comfortable with advanced formulas, automation, and complex data manipulation)

• AI tool development and enablement (practical experience using tools such as Copilot, scripting, automation, or AI assisted workflows to improve productivity)

• Proven ability to quickly learn technical systems, tools, and emerging technologies

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working directly with SMEs and cross functional partners • 3D visual media development experience, specifically with Blender and Adobe After Effects is a huge plus

• Prior experience supporting technical or data center training programs

• Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Premiere Pro)

• Background in technical documentation, enablement, or internal enterprise training

• Experience building shared libraries, templates, or “factories” that scale team output

• Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
