LMS Administrator

Joining the Global Quality team, the full-time remote LMS Administrator will manage electronic training records, maintain user accounts, and troubleshoot database issues while supporting project-specific training initiatives. Key responsibilities Create, manage, and maintain electronic training records using the LMS system Provide audit and regulatory inspection reports while liaising with Quality Assurance Auditors Support functional and project leaders in creating and uploading training classes to meet company objectives Required qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in health or clinical industries Knowledge of a Learning Management System is preferred Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite, and web-based communication tools Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
