- Lead as an LMS Administrator in Cornerstone LMS (level 2).
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for LMS Administrators.
- Provide technical support and answer questions for North America Manufacturing Plant and Health & Safety LMS Administrators.
- Facilitate "train the trainer" sessions for LMS Administrators.
- Train LMS Administrators on Articulate for course content updates and creation of new courses.
- Assist in pushing and tracking mandatory training for Blue Collar employees.
- Review "Access Rate" in the global reporting tool for Blue Collar employees.
- Create a reporting process to train LMS Administrators on completions and "access rate" in the LMS and global reporting tool.
- Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities by updating SOPs and creating training videos.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration.
- Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).
- Excellent project management skills, self-directed and motivated.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships.
- Resourcefulness, forward-thinking strategy, and time management skills.
