This is an opportunity to apply deep technical expertise, influence overall business strategy, mentor other engineers, and help develop innovative medical imaging solutions.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership to an X-ray generation engineering team across all product design aspects of the assigned system.Guide system architecture, technology roadmaps, and product strategy for advanced X-ray tube platforms.Ensure component designs meet established technical, performance, reliability, manufacturability, regulatory, customer, and system requirements.Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable technical designs.Coordinate with partner organizations, including manufacturing and customer field engineering teams.Support service programs, product fulfillment, and new product introduction.Lead complex projects and initiatives with broad scope, significant business impact, and long-term strategic importance.Navigate complex technical issues within your areas of expertise and contribute to broader business strategy.Communicate project status, technical recommendations, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders across the organization.Mentor and support the development of engineers and other colleagues with less experience.Foster an environment of collaboration, shared learning, thoughtful decision-making, and continuous improvement.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.At least 15 years of engineering experience.Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications may help you succeed in this role but are not required.
